Yes, I am still alive.
It's been ages since I posted anything here on DA. One reason, quite honestly, was that I had forgotten my password. I'd been away for so long that I couldn't remember it, and then when I looked through my papers to find it, I saw that it didn't work!
So, I tried changing to a new password. They send out a message to your e-mail address on record, but my address on record was with my old internet/cable provider, so I could no longer access that account - or, of course, the message from DA.
So, I wrote to ask for help in changing my password, but to do that I had to give all sorts of information which I couldn't remember, either.
I had basically given up and was thinking of just starting a totally new DA page, with everything here frozen and basically lost to me forever.
Then, before abandoning all hope, I looked through my papers once again. I found the password, but it didn't work. I tried capitalizing the first letter. That didn't work. Then I tried one more thing: I looked even more through my papers to see if I had perhaps changed it somewhere along the way. Guess what? I was right. I found another password and - lo and behold - here I am, logged in!
It's good to be back.
Yours,
Dave

'f - eleven': the book
Several weeks ago, I was asked to participate in a new book project that would include photographic work by a group of people that Ive met online. The editor, coordinator and brains behind the project is Wolf189.

Solidarity
In solidarity with those artists who have complained about DeviantArt now allowing artwork to be posted to other websites without the artist's permission - and with the resulting influx to DeviantArt of people who are disrespectful and don't belong here - I have just deleted all of my nude art images and will post no more.
My travel images are still up and I may continue to post more. If you enjoy seeing these photos (and I do appreciate your doing so), please continue to follow my work. Judging by the number of people who look at my travel photos as compared with the number who look at my nude images, the travel afficionados are clearly i
